FAQs

What does PRP handle?

We manage the cold-email outbound operation: targeting, prospect data, sending infrastructure, copy, sequences, campaign management, replies, qualification, booking, reminders and reporting. Your team handles the sales calls and closing.

What does the pilot cost?

You cover the agreed outbound infrastructure costs upfront. There is no agency service retainer during the initial pilot. PRP charges a performance fee per qualified held meeting. Scope, fees and qualification criteria are agreed together before launch.

What counts as a qualified held meeting?

The prospect must match the agreed company, geography, industry and seniority criteria, express genuine interest, and attend for approximately 10 minutes or more. A booking without attendance does not count. Rescheduled meetings count once, when actually held.

How soon can campaigns start?

Timing depends on your existing domains, mailboxes, lead data and deliverability readiness. We review your current setup and agree on a realistic launch plan. We do not assume every system is ready to send immediately.

Do you guarantee meeting volume?

We do not promise a fixed number of meetings. We agree on the target market, operating plan and measurement rules, report actual outcomes, and improve the approach based on campaign data.

Will we see campaign progress?

Yes. Weekly reporting and reviews cover campaign work, replies, meetings held, qualification outcomes and next steps. We agree on the measurement rules before launch.

Who is PRP a fit for?
